Bank statements arrive via bank API or CAMT file, get reconciled against open items and booked. Claude also reads messy payment references and proposes a match for approval when it is unsure.
Invoices, delivery notes, contracts and forms are turned into structured data by Claude, checked against your rules and written straight into ERP, CRM or a spreadsheet. Even for scans and changing layouts.
The invoice arrives by email, gets read, checked against the purchase order, routed for approval and booked.

TechnologyCircle is the team around Henrik Lippke: founder, more than 15 years of professional software development, from writing code to leading a tech organisation. As Head of Technology at a Hamburg-based fintech he built a team of around 50 people across three locations.
We are a small team in Hamburg, remote first, and bring in experienced freelancers from our network for SAP, banking, data and AI depending on the project. Small enough that you always talk to the people who build. Flexible enough that a rollout never depends on a single person.
Technically we have worked cloud-native on AWS with Node.js and TypeScript for more than ten years, from frontend through serverless to operations and monitoring.

For getting started, the cloud is often enough. As soon as banking data, HR data or internal systems are involved, we recommend self-hosting on your own infrastructure. We set up and operate both.
A pilot with one production process is a fixed-price project over two weeks. We quote the exact price after the intro call, once systems and scope are clear.
A small core team that builds things itself, reinforced where needed by specialists from our network, for example for SAP or banking. Henrik remains your technical point of contact throughout and vouches for quality.
Then we say so. Some processes belong in classic code or in a product that already exists. We sell solutions, not a tool.
Remote with regular check-ins, on site in Hamburg when needed. We work remote first, so we are easy to reach wherever you are. Code and workflows live in your repository, credentials belong to you.
