I joined Exporo as a freelancer in the early days and then worked in the management team as Head of Technology to grow the company from 0 to 230 employees. I was responsible for the entire software development department and, together with one of the founders Björn Maronde, built up a tech team of around 50 employees at 3 European locations. I was also involved in a successful ISO 27001 certification process.
